The first part of the term paper is well written, and I
really like the idea of your thesis, using the “beat” generation as the
inspiration for On the Road. I think
you show the irresponsibility of Sal, and his friends and relate the whole
section to your thesis. My topic has a lot to do with the mistreatment of
women, and the downgrade of their worth to the men during that period of time.
I like how you assimilated it into your paper, but did not surround the entirety
of your paper around it.
